Service Description

We will work together for the duration of a month to create strategies as well as an overarching plan to assist you in addressing interpersonal issues or personal challenges. I will teach you how to create a plan and we will track your progress, making adjustments as we go. Sessions will each be followed up with an email summary and action plan. After you schedule the first session, we will schedule the following session time during our first call.
