How I work
My approach is collaborative and straight-forward. I help clients to define their challenges and goals clearly, dig deeper to understand their motivations, habits, and desires, and determine areas of behavior to modify in order to make progress towards their now-clearly-defined goals. What I offer is honest feedback as well as support, a game plan, and a system of accountability. I have a natural understanding of interpersonal dynamics and I enjoy helping people make sense of what's at play in their lives. Additionally, I help clients set up a custom journaling system to help them stay on track with their goals and collect useful information for examining the bigger picture for any given area of focus.

For those who know they’d like to do an in-depth consistent month with me to set goals, create strategies, and track progress together. This includes a phone or video call every week for a month with email follow-up in between.
